Two New Noticeboards Installed in Rushmere St Andrew
The Parish Council is delighted to announce the installation of two new noticeboards at key locations within the community. The new noticeboards, located at Tower Lane and Beech Road, have been installed to replace the old boards that were no longer fit for purpose.
These new noticeboards have been carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, providing an aesthetically pleasing and functional addition to the parish. They are designed to help disseminate important information to residents, ensuring that everyone stays informed about local events, council meetings, and community updates.
The Parish Council extends its sincere thanks to Councillor Deborah Dean from East Suffolk Council for her generous support. This project was made possible through funding from her Enabling Communities Budget, demonstrating her commitment to improving local amenities and supporting community engagement.
Chairman of the Parish Council, Mr Robert Whiting, commented: "We are thrilled with the new noticeboards and are confident they will serve our community well. The support from Councillor Dean and the East Suffolk Council has been invaluable in bringing this project to fruition. These noticeboards will greatly enhance our ability to communicate with our residents and keep everyone informed."
Residents are encouraged to regularly check the noticeboards for the latest news and information. The Parish Council remains committed to improving community resources and welcomes any feedback or suggestions from residents on further enhancements.
