This meeting is not like a normal Parish Council Meeting where councillors debate and resolve agendered issues.

This is a public meeting and much more of an informal gathering where anything can be discussed from precepts to allotments, although by law we do have to publish an agenda and the Chairman of the Parish Council has to chair the meeting if he is present.
